Project Narrative

Located in the heart of Hollywood, Modera Argyle is a high-density urban development that balances cinematic glamour with modern functionality. My role focused on the technical refinement of the FF&E package and the custom design of key social hubs, including the grand lobby and integrated co-working environments.

Technical Execution & Impact

Custom Hospitality Millwork: Designed and developed comprehensive technical workorders for bespoke banquette seating in both the lobby and the expansive co-working suite. Ensured ergonomic comfort and durability while maintaining the project’s sophisticated architectural aesthetic.

  • Strategic FF&E Reselection: Managed the critical reselection process for various FF&E elements to align with updated procurement timelines and budgetary requirements without compromising the original design intent.
  • Co-Working Space Optimization: Focused on the intersection of furniture and productivity, ensuring that custom seating solutions provided the necessary power-integration and spatial privacy required for modern resident “work-from-home” needs.
  • On-site Installation & Technical Oversight: Spearheaded the installation phase, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that all FF&E and custom millwork were installed to precise specifications within a 260,000+ sq ft footprint.
