Project Narrative
Folia is a luxury residential development defined by its organic, nature-inspired architecture. The design language utilizes heavy materiality and sharp, angular forms to create a "path of discovery" between grand indoor lobbies and sprawling outdoor amenity decks.
Technical Execution & Impact
• Custom Millwork & Technical Workorders: Developed comprehensive production drawings (workorders) for integrated architectural elements, including custom banquette seating, decorative panels in the clubroom, and functional wall rails adjacent to the billiards area. Ensured all technical details aligned with the "rock cliff" architectural motif.
- • Drapery System Management: Lead the technical specification and execution for the project’s drapery. Responsibilities included material selection, coordinating with vendors for custom fabrication, and overseeing the complex installation to ensure precise fit and functionality.
- • Interior Landscape Coordination: Managed the integrated greenery program, specifically for the fixed planters beneath the lobby grand staircase. Curated plant species based on height and aesthetic requirements, and supervised the on-site installation to ensure seamless integration with the interior architecture.
- • FF&E Procurement & Vendor Interface: Managed the full lifecycle of the FF&E package, from material selection to final vendor coordination. Utilized AutoCAD and InDesign to maintain design intent through rigorous technical documentation and site-specific logistics.
